Overview
We have a great opportunity for Warehouse Administrators to join a growing team at one of our clients' eFulfilment facilities in Rockingham, Corby. These are new roles with an initial focus on onboarding a large operation.
The salary level for this role is £23,500 per annum, plus shift premiums where applicable.
Shifts are any 5 from 7 and rotating 06:00 am – 14:00 pm / 14:00 pm – 22:00 pm.
  
How will you contribute?
  • Provide general administration support as required to aid the efficient running of operations.
  • Keep accurate records of pallets to avoid financial exposure and inability.
  • Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed processes and procedures.
  • Update the systems with relevant data due to operational/pallet transactions.
  • Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal customers on all issues relating to the operation.
  • Maintain the WMS database and schedules without affecting service levels and stock integrity.
  • Ensure all handling of finished products complies with legislative, company, and customer requirements regarding food safety, ensuring that all products, packaging, and processes meet these requirements.
  • Escalate to the Warehouse Management Team any issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, site, or relationship with the customer.
  • Attend training courses when required.
  • Comply with quality, health, and safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Any other duties considered necessary to fulfill the role. Be responsible for your health and safety and that of other operatives by adhering to safe working practices.
  
What will you bring?
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Must be IT literate – Microsoft packages, including Excel, to an intermediate level.
  • Motivated to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
  • Highly flexible, committed, and willing to carry out varied tasks positively.
  • Possess accuracy skills and the ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail, ensuring work is error-free the first time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarization with Manhattan WMS is preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility governed by the position.
