Skills
- Use of bespoke IT took and Systems – ServiceNow is desirable
- Knowledge of Workforce or another - Time and attendance Systems are desirable
- Excellent Time management skills
- Work effectively as an individual and as a team
The Job
- Proactively seeking resolutions to queries in order to exceed employees’ expectations and to provide confidence in our service
- Ability to manage volumes whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of work
- Managing your own workload to ensure personal and team targets are met in line with SLA
- Assisting in the review, development and implementation of working procedures including updating internal work instructions to a high standard
