Technical Accountant
Location: Remote, with a visit to the Chippenham on the first day.
Rate: Up to £1,050 per day.
Contract Length: 6 months, initially ending in April.
IR35 Status: Inside IR35.
Role Overview:
In this contract role, you’ll be responsible for managing and leading technical accounting projects, working closely with the manager to deliver key targets and weekly deliverables. You will also be involved in the consolidation of monthly reports and ensuring smooth reporting to the parent company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Accounting Projects: Lead accounting projects, develop strategies, and provide regular updates to management.
- Consolidation: Oversee and manage monthly reporting consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure all financial reports align with IFRS or US GAAP standards and are successfully reported to the parent company.
- Assistance & Review: Support the review of financial processes and reports, maintaining high standards of compliance and consistency.
- Proven experience in managing financial consolidation processes.
- A strong background in leading technical accounting projects.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle financial systems.
