Graduate Analyst
Up to £30,000 + bonus (£1,500)
Monday to Friday - standard office hours 
Solihull, Birmingham 
Hybrid working after training 
Experience with IM (Information management) is required for this role

Duties of Graduate Analyst
  • Supporting strategic development projects to enhance the savings proposition with an end goal of delivering improved customer and commercial outcomes
  • Through working cross-functionally, deliver proposition enhancements to support both effective acquisition and retention of customers
  • Taking ownership of the implementation of customer journey improvements identified through expert knowledge of savings products, operational performance, and customer feedback
  • Ensure efficient implementation of product and pricing changes across our online, postal, and partnership channels to keep pace with a dynamic marketplace
  • Work closely with teams from across the group including Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and Marketing to deliver business objectives ensuring the needs of all parties are fully considered in the design and implementation of any solutions 
What you need as a Graduate Analyst
  • Ability to interpret management information to inform decision-making
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Well organized, able to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to develop technical knowledge on an ongoing basis and effectively impart learning to team members
  • An ability to embrace change and encourage others to do the same
