Required Skills & Experience
- Strong digital and/or analogue electronics expertise.
- Proven experience in the full engineering lifecycle – from concept to certification.
- Ability to balance design, cost, and schedule constraints.
- Strong engineering judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with safety-critical systems.
- Knowledge of relevant tools, including:
- Mentor Graphics Expedition Enterprise
- Analogue simulation tools (Simetrix, Spice)
- Timing designer tools (Chronology)
- Signal integrity principles
- Enterprise Architect, Matlab, Simulink
- Requirements management tools (DOORS)
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Effective at managing workload independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Passionate about continuous learning and development.
