Hourly Rate: £52.00 per hour (Umbrella) INSIDE IR35
Contract: 12 Months (37 hours per day)
Role Overview
We are looking for an L&D Support Engineer to join the Nuclear Skills & Capability Team in Barrow-in-Furness. This role is responsible for managing and improving nuclear training processes, supporting department operations, and ensuring compliance in Learning & Development (L&D), Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), and Quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update nuclear training programs to ensure workforce competence.
- Support project leaders and senior operational engineers with department processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Create and maintain user guidance documentation.
- Work with Excel, SAP, and Fusion databases to manage and report workforce data.
- Provide IT and system support for the Learning & Development team.
- Ensure compliance with SHE, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in L&D, SHE, Quality, Compliance, or Training.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, SAP, Fusion databases, and Microsoft applications.
- Background in IT or administration, with experience in workforce capability tracking.
- Ability to manage data, reporting, and process development.
