Assembly Technician
Location: Broadoak
Hourly Rate: £20.54 PAYE or £27.10 Umbrella inside IR35
37 hours per week
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: 5 days per week

The Job:
- Manufacture, repair, or modify complex military products in accordance with defined work instructions and technical drawings
- Demonstrate skills that exceed industry standards, such as IPC and ANSIJ
- Ensure compliance with external standards, including AS9100 and ISO9001, at all times
- Adapt to working on different product ranges and contracts as needed
- Operate independently with minimal supervision and limited engineering support
- Strong understanding of assembly disciplines such as wiring, fitting, PCB assembly, or microelectronics processing
- Medium range of product experience with expertise in assembly techniques
- Familiarity with Business Management System (BMS) procedures
