Since launching the Feefo Trusted Service Awards in 2014, Feefo have been spotlighting brands that use Feefo's platform for genuine customer feedback, showcasing their dedication to superior service quality based on actual customer reviews.
As the global leader in verified customer reviews, Feefo collaborates with over 6,500 brands, offering insights into customer trends, behaviors, and preferences, thus empowering brands to enhance their customer understanding and service.
Consumer confidence is now at its highest level since 2021 as living standard show signs of improvement, but consumers remain cautious with their spending. Businesses that prioritise service excellence and adopt customer advocacy strategies are set to distinguish themselves in the market. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award celebrates those who exceed standard service levels.
The criteria for this award include accumulating a minimum of 50 reviews from 1st January to 31st December 2023, with a Feefo service rating ranging from 4.5 to 5. Outsource UK, with its focus on providing outstanding service to candidates and clients, is honoured to be among the recipients based on genuine customer feedback.
