The Candidates:
- Proficient in Siemens NX and Teamcenter
- Experience with various stages of the product lifecycle, from concept design to integration and testing
- Development of processes, methods, and toolsets for the product development
- Ability to analyse information and apply engineering judgment to solve problems (essential).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including visualization or modeling, with managers, peers, and external parties
- Developing a target state vision for your capability area based on the latest engineering best practices, aligning with the overall FCAS Programme objectives and the Digital Engineering Vision.
- Innovating and implementing the necessary engineering processes, technologies, people, and culture for your capability area to support FCAS product development.
- Ensuring alignment with the FCAS Digital Engineering Roadmap to create an integrated, end-to-end FCAS product development system.
- Collaboratively designing and implementing the product development solution (including processes, methods, tools, technology, people, and data) with software vendor partners, the internal engineering team, project stakeholders, and other product owners.
- Conducting proof-of-concept and proof-of-value demonstrations to ensure the new product development approach meets the time and cost objectives of the FCAS Programme.
- Leading business change by effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders, building coalitions, and fostering a sense of urgency.
