This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to join the Future Systems MIDAS Team.
Experience:
- Experience of integration within a delivery programme for Systems and Software –
- Working knowledge of the Engineering Lifecycle
- Knowledge or awareness of Model Based Engineering tools (Cameo)
- Experience or awareness of Agile methodology supported by the Atlassian toolset
- would be advantageous.
- Previous Experience within the Mission management and Autonomy fields is advantagous
- Requirements Management (DOORS)
- System Definition (SysML/CAMEO)
- Data Modelling
- System/Software (SysML/UML)
- Software Coding (C++/Misra C++)
- Auto Code Generation
The Job:
- Support the design, and development of the MIDAS Mission Management system
- Work within Agile framework, utilising model based system engineering techniques
- Liaise with MIDAS Systems & Test Engineers
- Software Design
- Software Code
- Software Test
