Overview:
- Design and develop solutions to a limited range of common design situations/problems
- Typically works as part of a team and under limited technical supervision
- Requires knowledge and experience in the use and application of design techniques
- Understand and apply a range of fundamental design processes, tools, systems and techniques
- Gaining and expanding knowledge and experience.
- Safety-critical, real-time, embedded software development using the C Programming Language
- Adherence to DO-178B/C Guidelines
- Software verification using VectorCAST/Simulink Test
- Problem Solving Skills
- Team Working
- Documentation of Software Requirements, Design, Validation.
- Software Requirements generation in DOORS
- Software design using UML
- Coding in C, ideally to MISRA:2012 Standards
- Simulink Model Based Design
