Outsource UK is recruiting a Senior Client Accountant to work for a global client in Birmingham on a permanent basis
The purpose of this role is to act as the face of finance to key clients within UK Asset Services and provide a bridge between Senior Property Managers and the Client Finance team

Outsource UK is recruiting a Senior Client Accountant to work for a global client in Birmingham on a permanent basis
The purpose of this role is to act as the face of finance to key clients within UK Asset Services and provide a bridge between Senior Property Managers and the Client Finance team
An overview of the Senior Client Accountant role:
- Delivers high quality accounting services to clients, within agreed parameters of time, accuracy and quality.
- Produces reports of strategic importance, which meet the needs of clients, property managers and other interested stakeholders as appropriate.
- Respond to queries from Property Managers and Clients which require detailed financial analysis and forensic accounting.
- Acts as the “face of finance” to our Clients and PMs, and acts as an immediate escalation point.
- A number of years of practical work experience operating within property finance or in an environment that handles clients’ money.
- Any previous experience working with Yardi/Tramps systems
- Essential to have either a qualification with a professional accounting body, or currently be studying towards such qualification.
