Lead Client Accountant - Property Management
£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Outsource UK is recruiting a Lead Client Accountant with previous Property Management experience to join a global client in Birmingham on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to lead a small dedicated team, with a view of offering an excellent service to one of my client's biggest customers.

An overview of the Lead Client Accountant role:
- Manage a small team of Client Accountants.
- Ensure Client Finance services are provided thoroughly, accurately, and within set deadlines.
- Work as part of a small, dedicated team that acts as an escalation point and as the face of finance to the customer.
- A number of years of practical work experience operating within property finance or in an environment that handles clients’ money.
- Any previous experience working with Yardi/Tramps systems
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience
