About the Role
BAE Systems is seeking an organized and proactive Inventory Controller to support the RAF's Typhoon aircraft maintenance at RAF Coningsby. This role involves overseeing the tracking, registration, and movement of aircraft assets, ensuring compliance with Mil Pt 145 standards. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining the availability of aircraft spares by processing logistics data accurately and efficiently.

This role involves overseeing the tracking, registration, and movement of aircraft assets, ensuring compliance with Mil Pt 145 standards. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining the availability of aircraft spares by processing logistics data accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the control and accountability of aircraft spares throughout maintenance servicing from receipt to scheduled delivery.
- Accurately input and maintain inventory data using TMF Logs, IMS systems, and RAF MJDI systems.
- Ensure compliance with Mil Pt 145 regulations in all logistics and inventory transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply issues and identify process improvements.
- Monitor and report any potential disruptions to operations promptly.
- Be available for scheduled night shifts and adapt working hours as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
- IT literate and comfortable working with data management systems.
- Experience with RAF Supply Chain and logistics operations, preferably with Typhoon or similar programs.
- Knowledge of Mil Pt145 / Pt M regulations.
- Proficiency in RAF Logistics MJDI system and other supply chain IT systems.
