BAE Systems are seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist to join the TRINITY Program on a subcontract basis. In this pivotal role, you will support the Lead HFI Specialist to deliver User-Centered Design activities and ensure that Human Factors principles are integrated effectively into the system design

BAE Systems are seeking an experienced Human Factors Specialist to join the TRINITY Program on a subcontract basis. In this pivotal role, you will support the Lead HFI Specialist to deliver User-Centered Design activities and ensure that Human Factors principles are integrated effectively into the system design
The Job:
- Support the Lead HFI Specialist in conducting human factors activities and integrating these into the TRINITY design.
- Collaborate with end user groups and Human Factors stakeholders in workshops, trials, and User-Centred Design activities.
- Conduct various analyses, including allocation of function, task analysis, and usability assessments.
- Assess prototypes and mock-ups of TRINITY hardware and software solutions.
- Produce reports and contribute to customer deliverables related to Human Factors integration.
Experience
- Experience in assessing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment against system requirements and user needs.
- Familiarity with conducting cognitive workload and human error analysis.
- Expertise in anthropometric assessments and workspace/workstation design.
