Energetics Technician
Location: BAE Systems Glascoed
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday – Thursday (07:15 – 17:00)
Duration: 6-12 month contact + long term opportunity
Rate: £22.50 PAYE or £29.69 Umbrella
Role Overview:
An Energetics Technician is required to support new technology development and product/process improvements within BAE Systems Land UK. This practical role involves small-scale manufacturing, testing of energetic materials, and working closely with Engineering and Technology teams to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

- Assist in the manufacture and testing of energetic materials.
- Support engineers in product and process development.
- Follow strict safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide material expertise.
- Maintain high SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Practical experience in a laboratory or engineering environment.
- Strong teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
- A-Level/HNC/HND in a relevant science field (Chemistry preferred).
