HR Administrator
3 months temp initially (chance of extension or permanent offer)

Ryton-on-Dunsmore 5 days per week in office
£25,000 per annum pro-rata

Job Overview:
   
Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best-in-class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.
 
    
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Support administration of assigned HR service-related activities with guidance from others.
  • Maintaining the HR systems with accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring confidential information is stored in compliance with GDPR legislation.
  • Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery.
  • Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification.
  • Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems.
  • Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non HR Services.
  • Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines.
  • Support and interact with senior colleagues of own and other teams.
  • Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
  • Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
  • Support Recruitment processes.
  • Support administration of assigned Reward and benefit-related activities with guidance from others.

      
 Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
    
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including mail merging of documentation and Excel look-up and formulas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve aspects of ‘people issues’ in a timely manner.
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
