Executive Assistant
Based: Remote – with some UK travel
Contract: 6 Months
Hourly rate: £20.54 Paye or £27.49 Umbrella Inside IR35
  
I am recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join BAE Systems. This high-level business support role involves working directly with a Senior Executive, providing confidential executive assistance, and supporting the broader Executive team
  
Experience:
  • Experience providing confidential executive support to a Senior Executive or in a similar administrative role
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Understanding of confidentiality protocols and data management
  • Familiarity with the company's structure and procedures
  • Knowledge of key stakeholders relevant to the executive
  
The Job:
  • Providing efficient and responsive executive support, managing priorities
  • Organising and summarizing reports, conducting research as needed
  • Managing all incoming communications and drafting responses
  • Scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodation
  • Engaging effectively with senior executives and external contacts
  • Managing the Executive’s expenses and invoices, and assisting with budget management
  • Coordinating team projects and cyclical activities into an integrated plan and schedule
  • Performing ad-hoc project work as directed
