- Experience in Recruitment or On-Boarding is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective collaboration and team working skills
The Job:
- Initiating pre-screening processes, including occupational health and security vetting.
- Monitoring progress and updating relevant systems to track time within the recruitment process.
- Updating candidate information across various systems.
- Preparing and initiating on-boarding processes, such as setting up IT accounts for new starters.
- Adhering to procedures and policies, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
- Working within set timeframes to meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
