- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

The Job
- Act as a key member of the procurement team, representing the Procurement function in critical customer reviews.
- Manage an order book on behalf of the customer to ensure timely and accurate delivery of critical requirements.
- Serve as the escalation point between the customer and the supplier management teams, resolving urgent requirements and performance improvements.
- Ensure adherence to governance, policies, and processes to meet customer, product, legal, and business requirements.
- Support the tactical resolution of issues preventing successful delivery of customer requirements.
