What It Takes to Win Platinum
To qualify for a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must collect at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of 4.5 or above within the calendar year. Platinum status is reserved for those who achieve this milestone over three consecutive years, showcasing consistency and excellence in customer service.
