What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Surveyor Support Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service by processing property valuation instructions within agreed service levels.
- Booking valuation appointments and gathering necessary property information.
- Communicating with our in-house surveyors to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
- Processing valuation instructions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not a necessity
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to adapt to change and maintain composure under pressure.
