Job Title: SHEQ Manager
Location: Seal Sands, North East
Salary: Up to £46,000
  
Outsource UK's client are a leading company in the bulk liquid storage and logistics sector, specializing in the storage, transportation, and management of hazardous materials. They are seeking a SHEQ Manager to join their team at their Seal Sands terminal.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage safety equipment, budgets, and coordinate safety training.
  • Perform audits, inspections, and ensure the implementation of safety systems.
  • Oversee risk assessments, emergency plans, and incident investigations.
  • Lead safety committee meetings and manage the quality assurance system.
Key Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a safety/quality role within a high-risk environment (ideally COMAH).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and HSE regulations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
