Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide technical insights and best practices for ServiceNow capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Plan, estimate, and size deliverable platform changes.
- Design, build, and implement ServiceNow enhancements.
- Minimum 5+ years of development experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong experience in Service Portal development.
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) (CIS-CSM certification is a plus).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of delivering high-quality work under project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Expertise in Service Portal development.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies, including:
- HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, HTTP, REST/SOAP APIs.
- ServiceNow integration experience.
- Agile development experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Agile work environment experience, including Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Certification.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform architecture.
- Experience with SaaS / Cloud technologies.
- Understanding of ServiceNow Licensing.
