Rate: £44.94 Paye or £58.42 Umbrella inside IR35

The Service Management Governance Manager is responsible for overseeing and governing the performance of Service Management (SM) activities within BAE Systems' AIR business.
The Job:
- Ensure the performance of Service Management activities meets required standards and regulations, including MIL SPEC, and aligns with the Air Sector’s strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders and driving compliance across the AIR sector.
- Oversee Service Management system compliance, respond to audit findings, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the prioritisation and transfer of new Service Management capabilities across platforms.
- Degree/HND qualified or equivalent experience.
- Membership of a professional body (e.g., APM, PMI) preferred.
- Significant experience in Service Management, Project Management, and Governance
