Overview

Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative programming techniques and administrative features.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce coding languages (APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC).
- Extensive experience with Data Modeling and managing CI/CD processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and understanding of Service Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with integrations, third-party tools, and ETL processes with Salesforce (preferred).
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
The Job
- Design and manage Salesforce architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
- Lead the development of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet defined architecture and enterprise standards.
- Own Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment processes.
- Manage Salesforce strategies, risks, maintenance, data, integrations, and security.
- Drive innovation by identifying reusable components, tools, accelerators, and AppExchange solutions.
- Work with business analysts to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business development requirements.
- Lead Salesforce user experience design and provide expert advice.
- Communicate complex concepts and solutions through diagrams, written materials, and meetings with stakeholders.
