Monday to Friday 08:30 am - 5 pm (1 hour lunch)
£27,000 to £29,000 DOE + Bonus (£1,500)
Hybrid working after training (2 days at home)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Undertaking regular quality and compliance assessments and maintaining appropriate records
- Compile and record audit results and analysis
- Production of Monthly Management information
- Giving constructive feedback on calls
- Highlight any risks identified while carrying out reviews immediately to the line manager
- Identify and share best practices across Motor Finance and assist with the development of processes and procedures
- Assist the Motor finance management team during Compliance Monitoring and Internal Audit reviews
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and respond positively to changing situations
- Ability to challenge business policies, processes, and procedures in a constructive manner
- Have a track record in delivering outstanding customer service
- Be capable of organising and prioritizing workloads, ensuring deadlines are always met
- Proactive approach, self-motivated, and able to acquire new skills and grasp concepts quickly
