Overview
BAE Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their Procurement and Supply Chain team
Skills
- Procurement experience preferably in a high volume, fast paced aerospace or manufacturing market
- Supply Chain orderbook management experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to collaborate, fostering close & trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrative working understanding of tool sets and IT such
The Job
- Supporting the timely placement of Purchase Orders, ensuring adherence to Supply Chain/Supplier governance, such as supplier accreditations and export controls.
- Updating delivery dates into multiple ERP systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Managing effective customer relationships to ensure strong, ongoing partnerships.
- Collaborating across teams, including Project Management, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance, to support smooth business operations.
