Key Skills:
- Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional members of a bid team in planning and scheduling best practice
- Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and recognise and positively interact with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, in compliance with all procedures and to recognise appropriate escalation scenarios
- Application of Schedule Risk Analysis including identification, methods of analysis and recommendations for management
- Comprehensive and demonstrable Project Controls experience with proven expertise in bid phase and complex engineering development projects
- Expert user in P6 Scheduling Tool
- Proven collaboration, communication, planning, problem-solving, decision-making skills
- Experience in Defence, Security, and Aerospace sectors.
- Candidates who already have SC are preferred.
- Available to start at short notice.
