Overview
BAE Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join the team working on high-performance military aircraft.
Skills
- In-depth product knowledge of the Typhoon
- Academic qualifications of this tole is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalence
- Aircraft platform training
The Job
- Undertake and complete tasked maintenance and diagnostic activities on Typhoon or components which include, Aircraft Ground Handing, Flight Servicing and component removals
- Review operation performance of aircraft components and systems
- Analyse and diagnose fault to components and assemblies
- Ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and resolve and issues, escalating as required
- Support the response to audit and findings in a timely and appropriate manner manner and provide information to support the relevant review
