Location: Peterlee
Rate: Up to £26 per hour Umbrella
Contract Length: 12 months (likely to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30, Fri 08:00-12:30 (some flexibility)
Work Structure: Fully site-based (non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain material planning systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyse data to identify trends and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage inventory levels and avoid shortages.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles where applicable.
- Experience with material planning systems and concepts (2+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP experience.
- APICS or other Supply Chain qualification (or relevant experience).
- Background in Lean Manufacturing.
