Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Linear Channel Scheduler to join our team for a fixed-term project. This role will focus on scheduling linear channel content, and you’ll work with several airtime sales and channel management systems. You will be primarily involved in ensuring that the scheduling process for linear channels runs smoothly during a critical period.

The ideal candidate will have experience in linear channel management system migrations and be proficient in tools like Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, and Landmark Sales. This is a remote position, offering flexibility in work location, and we're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the scheduling of content for the linear channels during the project period.
• Use systems such as Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, and Landmark Sales to ensure seamless scheduling and content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including programming and sales, to ensure accurate and timely content scheduling.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and ensure proper content placement according to broadcast requirements.
• Provide regular updates on scheduling status and resolve any content conflicts.
• Contribute to system migration efforts related to channel scheduling and ensure alignment with new systems during the transition.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to account for changes in content or availability.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in linear channel scheduling and airtime sales systems.
• Strong familiarity with systems like Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, Landmark Sales, and other linear channel management tools.
• Experience with system migrations in the linear channel management space.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
