As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring our technology solutions meet business needs, driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Lead workshops and produce high-quality user stories for technical teams
- Analyse current workflows to identify areas for improvement and design IT solutions
- Work closely with Technical Solutions teams to prioritise system changes and enhancements
- Support testing, training, and the successful adoption of new systems
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems such as Cargowise One, Oracle SCM, Magaya, or Descartes Aljex
- Experience with middleware platforms like Lobster, Boomi, IBM WebSphere/Integration Bus, or Oracle Fusion Middleware
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with business analysis tools
- A degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a solid understanding of IT systems and business processes
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP) is desirable
