IT Security Agile Delivery Manager
6-month contract
2/3 days a week in London office (Canary Wharf)
£630 a day (Client Exempt from IR35 – so Ltd company can be used)
The IT Security Agile Delivery Manager will scope, mobilise and manage the delivery of multiple workstreams under a new Cyber Resilience program. The ADM will drive detailed planning with IT Security leadership, initiate priority workstreams, and ensure their delivery. Additionally, the ADM will oversee program financials and delivery reporting.

Additionally, the ADM will oversee program financials and delivery reporting.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years’ experience as a Delivery focused, hands-on project/programme manager with a proven track record of scoping multiple work streams and delivering successful outcomes to the business
- Experienced at global large scale / multi-site complex technical IT Security projects
- Budget and financial management experience, must have managed budgets of at least £5M
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple work streams simultaneously and heavy involvement in delivery of a Cyber Security programme
- Experienced in managing remote teams
- Ability to operate sensitively and effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong business and IT stakeholder management working with CISOs, security teams, crisis management teams, legal and executives
- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written and ability to translate complex security concepts into business language
- Strong IT Project Management skills and experience
- Management of external service providers
- Understanding of working with procurement and internal service teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methods and principles and experience in working with DevSecOps and secure SDLC processes
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good technical understanding of key Cyber Security concepts and familiarity with security threats and attack vectors
- Demonstrable experience implementing security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001,
- Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance processes
- Experience in leading vulnerabilities remediation projects is a plus
- Awareness of incident response processes, security culture, forensics, penetration testing and SOC operations.
- Understanding of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).
