Hourly Rates: £47 PAYE or £62.02 Umbrella
Duration: 12 month contract
Working Arrangements: Full-time, onsite (37 hours over 5 days; early finish on Fridays)
Security Clearance Required: Full SC

About the Role
Join BAE Systems as a Lead Project Professional, overseeing a small team to drive delivery on critical project milestones. You’ll play a vital role within our DN FWD Enablement team, focusing on the Dreadnought programme to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of assigned work packages, coordinating across Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time project completion.
- Maintain and support high-quality project plans, monitor critical paths, and proactively address potential delays.
- Provide leadership to a small team, ensuring performance aligns with project goals and supporting team development.
- University degree or relevant practical experience; APM or similar PM qualification preferred.
- Strong background in Project Management, with experience in stakeholder management and integrated planning.
- Demonstrated ability to work within established PM frameworks and influence project outcomes.
