Job Title: Data Clerk
Location: Remote/Flexible working- Head office London
Client: Globally known Media and Entertainment company!
Pay: £210 per day Umbrella- Inside IR35
Contract Length: TBC- roughly 6 weeks- short term support
Start: ASAP
 
Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining tracking documents, and supporting various order management workflows. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Office 365.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Perform data entry within bespoke NBCU systems.
  • Manage and update tracking documents using MS Excel and Office 365.
  • Report progress and maintain an organized schedule of works for the supervisor and project team.
  • Support various order management workflows.
  • Communicate progress and escalate issues via email and messaging systems.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks related to data entry and management of contents lists.
Skills Required:
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Office 365.
  • Experience in data entry and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
