We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Controller to join a finance team based in Southampton. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong background in credit management. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collections process, ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Duties of Credit Controller
- Developing good relationships with debtors and clients of the company
- Updating company records
- Email and telephone credit control
- Processing Invoices and Credit Notes
- Raise payments
- Daily processing of bank statements
- Identify threats to our security as a result of ledger verification and chasing
- Experience as a Credit Controller
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work under pressure and to time frames
- Profit-related bonus (up to £1,500)
