This customer-facing role requires a commercially savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a relationship with the customer, securing contract renewals and ensuring business excellence
- Ensure all KPI’s, such as operational and financial targets are met
- Engage, develop and motivate your team to ensure a positive and constructive workplace and drive colleague engagement
- Be an advocate for excellent customer experience
- Work efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are adhered to in line with our values and behaviours
Experience
- Senior management experience of working within a 3PL environment, FMCG, supply chain, understanding processes and operations requirements.
- Fully familiar with stringent service level expectations, in both a transport environment & Warehouse environment.
- Commercially astute with the ability to deliver benefit against an Open book budget.
- Fleet management - Class 1 & 2
- You will have experience of working closely with clients and developing effective working relationships.
- Must be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead 5 day a week.
