What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full lifecycle of major construction projects in a regulated environment
- Oversee and report on all commercial and financial aspects, from concept to completion
- Ensure client duties are discharged in line with CDM Regulations 2015
- Foster a safety-focused culture, managing multiple construction elements and engaging with contractors and stakeholders
- Proven experience leading complex, multimillion-pound projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication across all levels
- Project Management/Engineering/Construction qualifications (preferred)
- NEBOSH, IOSH, SMST certifications (advantageous)
