Outsource UK is recruiting a Business Support Manager to manage and oversee a Business Support Team on a permanent basis.
You will oversee the day-to-day operational duties including payouts and introducer set-up, providing leadership and direction for your team and higher mandate authority. Maintaining service levels whilst ensuring that risks are not compromised and conversion targets and service standards are met.

Skills
- Strong business and commercial judgment
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team
- Experience of recruitment and resource management
- Ability to undertake appropriate and effective appraisals, 121’s and staff feedbacks
- Any previous experience within Motor Finance, Finance Services, or Unsecured Lending would be a bonus but this can be trained.
