Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new publishers and managing royalty accounts.
- Resolve queries related to payments, title transfers, and account issues.
- Analyse royalty payment data and support finance process improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams on special projects.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role (preferably media/gaming).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP or similar) is beneficial.
